Browns Receivers need better coaching, or a mentor?

Cleveland Browns receivers have been criticized for the numerous drops that all shared in last season. Those defending the receiving corp of the Browns are quick to point towards quarterback Colt McCoy as the problem. Air balls, wounded ducks, off-target and lack of arm strength are the foundation of those tossing the blame directly on McCoy.
Those in defense of McCoy counter with suggestions that the receivers are just not talented enough to perform in the NFL, at least as a starter. And of course there is always the excuse of poor coaching and execution. The opinions just keep rolling in.
There are also those that believe the Browns should bring in one of those elite (and older) receivers, such as Plaxico Burress or maybe T.O. (Terrell Owens) to mentor this group hopefully passing on that wisdom that reduces the "droppsies". They state that mentoring is a valuable part in the growth of these young receivers--one simple question, exactly who mentored Bengals receiver A.J. Green?
Proper coaching combined with proper execution will go a long way in curing or reducing the amount of dropped passes committed by the Browns receivers, without bringing in a mentor. Your thoughts--are the Browns receivers just sub-par, do they need a mentor or is it poor coaching--but then, was it McCoy?
